Tennis elbow is a disease Durable
Tennis Elbow, as often called, is the most common ailment or condition at the elbows of tennis players but also arises in daily life (most people with tennis elbow have never played tennis). The tennis elbow pain is felt in the outer elbow when muscle activity or the pressure becomes in the affected area. According to the severity of pain will spread in the hand or shoulder. Stretching and strengthening exercises to increase strength without causing irritation or overuse of the tendons. Massage therapy, acupuncture and acupressure are popular treatments for tendonitis and tennis elbow.

The peak incidence is between 30 and 60 years of age. Tennis elbow affects more men than women.
