Advanced Techniques In Table Tennis
When a beginner has more or less learned the basics in table tennis, this is the right time to teach some other techniques. This allows the player to be better, not only in practice, but also the most important competition.
Each game begins with a throw. There are two advanced techniques for this knowledge, the side effect and the pendulum. Both measures involve the entire weight of the person to be able to create enough force and speed that can reach the other end of the table.
As a service does not win a game, it's time to take the offensive. The players know what a drive speed. A modified version of this technique is called loop drive.
The power of this technique comes from the waist. The player must rotate from side to side to create enough force to send it back to the other end of the table.
The following technique which is for defense purposes is called the chop. When the opponent has beaten the ball in the court of the player, all you have to do is to slice away at the air in contact with the ball to send it back to the other side.
The reason why this technique is difficult to master is because not only will block the ball, but that will change the direction in the discharge of entry as possible. The who successfully master this will be able to force the opponent to make forced errors, which means another point added to the player.
The flip is another move intelligent if done correctly the work for the player. One foot is in front of another and when the ball comes, the wrist should turn quickly from one extreme to another complete the injection.
This is an unexpected move that may surprise the opponent and should be tried from time to time to deceive the other players.
The last advanced technique is called the business line. This technique is also for defensive purposes, which is a modified version of the unit counter.
The vaccines are sold in the course of the game. When the player feels like the opponent is about to let it all out, it's time to move one foot back and bend your knees to get more influence for the shot.
When the ball comes, the player must use the strength of the legs and waist to send the ball hopefully back to add another point to the score.
There are other advanced techniques that students can learn to be a table tennis player better. A forehand and backhand a move for everyone and is the player's discretion what to wear in the game.
Some coaches and incorporates the advanced moves for beginners, while others wait a little longer. It is best to practice the techniques of both and then be smart enough to use when the opportunity arises.
Watch videos how each of these advanced techniques can help you, but it is always
better to put theory into practice to get a better understanding. One way is to have a mock game with a teammate, but if no one is around, there's no harm in doing some training shadow.
