Backhand Tennis Grip - Secrets of power tennis players will not reveal

The power tennis players are the way they are because of certain techniques used to play your game. So while tennis is an easy game to play, it is also an easy game no less, unless you know how to use backhand in tennis grip to improve your game. Through consistent practice, anyone can be on top of his game in tennis. It only requires a little knowledge practical, that good tennis players not always tell you, and a little patience and determination. But you must learn the backhand in tennis grip first.

Usually, you have to focus on the base of the knuckles of the index finger, which is the primary point of reference in hand, and you should be able to keep track of too. In this way, you get more pressure exerted on the thumb on backhands, and the better you're going to play. Follow these rules when using the backhand grip courts.

1. Have knowledge about the basics. For its grip backhand in tennis, we will define the three planes in his racket handle, we will:
a. The plane between the top and the right plane is steeper than the right.
b. The plane parallel to the racket face is the lateral plane.
c. The one that looks up when the racket is on the edge and is perpendicular to the side is the higher plane.
2. Another type of backhand tennis grip is the reverse Continental grip. Try to ensure that your knuckles base must always be in the top right point of view. Your thumb will be wrapped around the handle. It matters little whether this kind of grip does not fit the topspin stroke than good, there still may be enough for shots flat and perfect for cutting.

3. Another type of tennis backhand grip, which is the grip Eastern backhand. Place your base knuckle on the right bank of top, and extend the thumb in a diagonal position across the plane's left side. This grip is a flexible solution, ideal for topspin, flat shots and cut into slices.

4. Another type of tennis backhand grip is the full force of this setback. This is somewhat different from the Eastern backhand grip. Place the base of the knuckles in the center of top. Extend your thumb. Then place it diagonally on the side plane left. If you're the type who likes to hit heavy topspin, then this grip suits you. You can use this to flat and slice shots too.
5. Other tennis backhand grip what we call Western backhand grip. Usually, this grip is similar to that of This comprehensive, but more extreme. In western grip, its base knuckle is placed on the crest of the top left. However, the extreme western backhand grip is not commonly used. You can create strong topspin, but not is very suitable for cutting or flat shots.

6. Other tennis backhand grip is grasped with both hands. His left hand (one handed) is usually placed in an Eastern forehand way. The right hand now resting on the lower handle is usually placed in a continental backhand. However, it may take East up

forehand or backhand East as well. two-handed backhand to give more stability and easier racquet topspin production, but are not as easy to use in low balls and generating division. Many good two curves to explore the use of one hand to the low balls, catch extending emergency, and slices, keeping the right hand in a position of Continental or Eastern backhand. These things are usually kept secret. Now that you know tennis grip techniques backhand, better make use of them. They will certainly improve the way you play your game and makes him the great player who always wanted to be.
