My frozen shoulder is so painful that keeps me awake at night
Q:
Could you tell me the best way get rid of a frozen shoulder? Last July I had surgery (for something unrelated), and from my right shoulder has been painful. Now I have restricted movement. My doctor think would happen if a consequence of the way he was treated under anesthesia. Sometimes my whole arm hurts and keeps me awake at night.
Answer:
Frozen shoulder is a popular description that has been absorbed by the medical terminology. Of course, the shoulder is not actually freeze - is just one way to express the sense of pain and restriction. Nor are merged, except in extreme cases of rheumatoid arthritis where the cartilage becomes so worn that the surface bone rubbing together.
In my experience, the problem is usually caused by strain or injury to muscles or tendons. Similarly, the use computer, drive, play sports like tennis or golf, or lifting may cause repetitive strain injuries. Stress can make the neck very rigid, then it is possible that some of the nerve roots that control shoulder movements are compressed.
I suspect that something must have happened while drat was being transferred from the operating table to the car. During anesthesia, the muscles are completely relaxed it is easy to remove the shoulder joint out of its socket and strain or tear muscles or tendons, resulting in painful inflammation. Both the real pain and fear of sending messages to the brain to stop all movement in the area, creating a spasm in the deltoid muscles that extend over the shoulder. If the condition is not treated properly, the muscles that move the shoulder joint, over time, increasingly rigid and lost, causing a permanent loss of power and movement in the shoulder.
The sooner a person seeks treatment for this condition, the better. I have tried hundreds of cases and studied carefully the shoulder to see exactly what muscles are involved. The shoulder is the only ball and socket joint that can move in all directions. Each movement is controlled by a muscle pouch which together form the deltoid. A most common site of problems, however, is that the tendons of the biceps. These tendons hard journey to the shoulders and are attached the socket of the shoulder joint. repetitive strain injury causes inflammation of the biceps tendon in it. The tendon becomes very painful and is capable of moving and lifting shoulder only to a point. As soon as the tendon touches the bones that form the socket or cup, shoulder ball joint, is an unbearable pain and can raise no further. This is what is known as frozen shoulder.
The tendons are always white because they contain very few blood vessels, unlike of the muscles, which are red with blood. So when the injured tendons take longer to heal. (Bones, who have no blood supply, take over all).
Here are my suggestions for treatment of his shoulder
* To help the tendons and muscles heal better, avoid citrus, coffee, alcohol, sugar and red meat.
* Make the chicken broth with the bones of a baby minced chicken (organic if possible) that are rich in gelatin, to provide natural calcium the body needs.
* Take the coral calcium supplement two sachets daily soaking in 1.5 liters of pure water; drink throughout the day.
* Take Haldi to help reduce inflammation: one tablet twice a day for two months.
* Massage your shoulder with Dr. Ali joint oil, back massage oil, or Weleda Massage Balm. Place the fingers of the opposite hand on the top front of the affected shoulder and put thumb on the biceps. Slide your thumb up along the muscle until a thick tendon as a string in the slot. This will be very sensitive to touch. Use oil to massage the tendon, gently to start, and increased the pressure after five or six strokes. The more you rub, the blood more hits the region, helping to heal. Now use the flat of one tendon to rub, pressing the palm on the surface and rub vigorously up and down. All area will become red and hot, with an indication of blood flowing to it. This natural physical therapy to heal the tendon. Treat your shoulder as this twice a day over a week and you will be amazed at the results.
* Practicing yoga postures are particularly useful half-full cobra snake and greet the sun. Also simply closing their hands on the back of your body, palms up, and push down.
