How To Hit The Perfect Tennis Serve

The tennis serve is a blow that requires a complex sequence of movements executed in the correct order. Basics are essential if you want to be an excellent server.

These grounds include, tennis grip, the position of the feet, ball throwing method, and body position before impact with the tennis racket.

An accomplished tennis player would be able to vary his technique to produce a different type of service when necessary. The different types of service include:

1. Flat Serve - produces flat trajectory with minimum spin

Serve 2.Topspin - high arch and bounce

3. Slice Serve - generates topspin and side spin

Attitude of service. - The position taken is determined by the service running. The feet should be placed shoulder width, about 2 feet away from the center mark, compared to several inches from the baseline foot, knees slightly bent.

Tennis Grip. - The best grip to create a force powerful serve is the mainland. This statement creates a powerful grip on the wrist that imparts maximum spin on the ball.

If you currently use the forehand grip and are serious about becoming a good servant of the ball, you need to make the change in the continental grip. In making the initial change continental grip, which feels awkward and unnatural.

Start hitting shots at quarter your normal speed. Finally, through the practice building speed at full power and grip again begin to feel comfortable.

You can avoid the fear of a double fault by alternating between handshakes initially ie play first serve with continental grip and second grip service you age. Given that you feel comfortable with the grip of age, not duplicate fault.

Ball expects. - Keep the ball like an orange, between the thumb and four fingers.

Position of the feet. - Alignment of the foot is determined by the type of service, but in general, toes should point toward the target zone.

Ball Throw. - The ball must be thrown high enough that it is several inches above the height of the racket head fully extended. This gives the player a good time to swing the racket in order to comply with the ball falling.

It should pull right in front of the nearest shoulder, ie, the network's shoulder opposite the hand grip. The ball must be released if the pitching arm is fully extended.

Flat Serve Tips

Straighten your legs bent forward and upward and weight change in support of the racket arm. Strike the head of the racquet towards the ball when it has fallen down 5-7 inches.

Hit the ball with the racket arm fully extended and the weight transferred to front foot.

Let the natural impulse of the strike will go full traceability with the back foot through the front foot forward and make a final balance.

Tips Serve topspin. - Throw the ball a little higher than the floor to serve shot and focus on moving the shoulder hit as the ball is released.

Straighten your knees bent, and the racket arm while firing the head shoe so that the springs to hold the ball with a brushing and in all.

Release the wrist toward the goal to strike the ball gets up from below.

The foot again course, cross the end line and commit to a complete follow through which makes sure the ball up and right arches.

Slice Serve Tips

The segment creates side spin serve to swerve to the right in the correct service court.

I use a continental grip in order side effect is produced by cutting around the outside of the ball.

After releasing the ball high and right of the front shoulder, wrist rotate the racket turned his head around and slice the ball just below center right beside him.

General Advice Service

In order to generate energy in the swing of the racket must be returned as far away from the ball as possible. This generates more leverage and allows time for speed.

An image mental is good to see the racket as an extension of his arm to hit and make the swing as if he were throwing the ball hitting hand.

The rhythm of his swing important from the perspective of timing and power. Not intend to trash the ball as hard as you can, as this contract opposing muscles which will result in a large effort with little power utility or address. A good tip is to hit 5 is increasingly focused on generating an effortless swing, but at the same time generating more and more power for each service.

The last thing on your mind is what will happen to the ball. If the last mental picture in your mind is the ball hitting the net, that will happen. It is essential that a positive attitude is taken. A strike of trust occurs when the player displays a perfect result.
