The difference between the power-liting and Bodybuilding
Like bodybuilding, weightlifting is not a sport as it was rare a decade ago. As sport, power lifting has survived a period of misunderstandings and prejudices - appreciation, to become a popular sport. But most people do not can differentiate between bodybuilding and weightlifting. power lifting is as old as it is unique.
While bodybuilding is not yet a recognized sport, weightlifting was included in the inaugural edition of the Olympic Games in 1896. Bodybuilding is in short, not a sport.
