Understanding the basics of tennis
The foundations of the great game of tennis are few, however, require many hours of practice.
The objective tennis is to send the ball over the net to land within the limits of the field opposite so that the opponent will have difficulty returning. Ninety percent of Points are earned on court of errors, ie the ball hit the net or out of court. A beginner should have faith that "good form" will pay dividends, once you get control of their shots. A stroke of good form sends the ball more quickly and accurately to the points on the court when the opponent will more difficult to return.
Beginners are advised to be content with the aim of "getting the ball over the net" and not wait for special areas hit very often. Similarly, the beginning dwell in "Dubland" more often than he wants. He must play with patience, first to conquer the network and limits lines to land your ball somewhere inside the court.
Later learn to control their shots. Although many of his shots did not hit the target, it is better to try for them during the practice to be content with "Dubland" shots. It takes time to achieve placement of shots of tennis as in the case of a golf drive 200 yards or strike in bowling.
His first assignment in learning tennis strokes is good to know what they look like. Watch good players to get the mental image of the race, footwork and body action. Next you must learn what the race feel. This muscle-based is by imitating the way of good players.
Because it is very difficult to perform a same clock, the advice of a coach or a good player is invaluable. However, it is important to mimic the beating of a player who has the same body build their own. So if you have long arms and legs, with a flexible trunk, do not try to imitate a short, heavy player.
The newbie will not be fooled by the whim of the touch method. Not enough freedom possible within a range of sound technicians. The reader is expected to use common sense in developing the kind of shock that suits it best. Tennis is an individual game and ability depends on the physical, mental and emotional makeup of the player.
The big difference between men and women players is the degree of force. Naturally men players can hit the ball harder. Often, women players for their lack of strength provide greater accuracy. Court strategy differs only in quantity game used net. Many women players can hit the ball hard enough to go to the network. Thus, women's tennis is characterized as a base set of ornaments network, while men's tennis becomes a net game with baseline cuts. The best players of the women are on top because they play a game men.
When you can make your opponent hits the ball in the net or outside the court, you have a game winner. There is a limit to the force that can be placed on the ball, if they are placed with precision. Each student must decide on a happy combination of force and precision, although the strength of quality must be used strokes in good form. Good strength does not mean trying to hit the cover of the ball, and home runs do not pay dividends in tennis.
Research studies have shown that beginners often do not hit the ball squarely in the center of the racket because they do not watch the ball, or do not get the racket behind the ball in time to pinpoint. This is just one of the many foundations that must be practiced.
Tennis is a great game and worth all the hours they can spend to increase your skill. Good luck!
