Tennis Instruction: Tips on playing better tennis

If I hear once again that tennis is just mental game I'll scream.

People who believe tennis is mental half has not seen the Williams sisters serve or hit a forehand into the corner.

People who believe they have not received a service that come in including more than 90 miles per hour or play a game that had more than two hours in 90 degree heat.

Do not get me wrong, I think a tennis match may be lost due that a player was not mentally prepared to handle the challenge, we must learn to keep calm, be patient and play your game, but if you do not have the goods to play a great tennis mind game no matter your lot.

In order to master your next party will want to focus on getting products to play better tennis.

The First you need to start is with is getting is the way you play the game and then
learn to make solid contact with the ball every time the strike no matter what kind of beating their decisions at any point in the game.

Let's talk about getting in shape.

There is nothing worse than seeing a tennis player to lose a game, because they arrived out of breath. They had
tired to finish the game strong to the end.

In fact there is nothing worse than being that player.

How do you think won Aggassi many of their games. Yes that is a Hall of Fame, but how many times he had to win again.

When is exhausted it is difficult to maintain concentration.
When you are exhausted is hard to make solid contact with the ball.
When it is difficult to deplete the ball.
When the exhaustion is not played the best game possible.
When you are exhausted you can not get sound practices to achieve better and you end the practice of bad habits.

So first things first, get in shape. Spend time every day your body conditioned to handle vigorous game of tennis.

That way when it comes time to put your foot down and pull the best of yourself, your legs do not wobble and is able to be strong and play until the end.

Secondly want to concentrate on making good contact with the ball.

Being in shape will help you reach the point where the cut best suited to play a show or point scoring shot.

To learn how to make good contact with the ball just needs to work in good coordination hand eye, you want a racket that can handle and feel comfortable, and you need constant repetitive practice.

good hand eye coordination help to hit the ball in the center of the racket at the time. This will help reduce unforced errors and increase your return without any extra effort.

Start with basic strokes forehand shot over and over again from the same point and at a given point on the opposite side of the court.

Then change the place you are hitting at the same time to hit the ball toward the same specific place where to strike in the previous section. Ancious not start hitting new ground. Be patient. Once you make good contact and consistent hitting default instead choose a new place to hit the ball.

Best places rating on the court occurs sharp angles outside the center of the court. Meaning the farther and faster the ball moves away from the center of the court more chances you have to score.

In conclusion, the game of tennis "in the next millennium" takes real athletes who want to work hard to be great. The first steps to be a great fitness excellent for learning to make good contact with the ball at all times in any situation.
