Prepare for battle this spring ... my personal enemy
Spring has arrived and it is time to let the cold, dark winter season behind us and enters the hot season of spring light. Spring is a time of change and renewal. We all know how difficult change can sometimes be for all of us. It is a time to peel the layers winter unconsciously hide behind and show our true inner beauty. I do not know about you but in general in cold weather winter, all I want to do is hibernate and snuggle on the couch with a hot cup of tea. Although it does not work out the day or help keep me motivated. I feel and fears the day that is sunny and warm outside to wear my sweat suit to run errands welcoming and I am forced to leave my comfort zone.
Spring means warm, beautiful and, for me, that means less clothes, more skin ..... my "personal enemy." It means that we start to take cute little tank tops, shorts, sun dresses, shoes open to reveal all the things most of us, more women using the size of fear. So what do we do? We can not spend another season in our cozy hidden "cover-all" clothes. It is a time to reassess our thoughts and put them in a whole new positive outlook and motivated. To think that just because I'm carrying some extra kilos does not mean you can not enjoy this time as much as the next woman. Focusing on the fun 'll be losing by staying inside and hibernating always helps me out of that comfort zone oh-so familiar.
This spring I decided to open a new page and take baby steps to get to my personal enemy. I have decided that, as the weather begins to warm, I will integrate essential items in my closet spring slowly.
